Nestled in a splendid Art Déco building, our 40 sqm (430 sqf) apartment combines vintage charm with modern luxury. Situated a stone's throw from the iconic Canal Saint Martin, and a few minutes walk from Le Marais, it's not just a place to stay, but an experience to live! The apartment is located on the ground floor in a beautiful, quiet, and green courtyard (accessible by elevator from the entrance) and has a small terrace that you can enjoy. ☆ 24/7 Easy Access: check in on your own terms with our electronic door lock. ☆ Expertly designed space: crafted with love and attention, our apartment is both functional and aesthetic. With the living room and bedroom opening up to the serene courtyard, tranquility is guaranteed. ☆ Sleep in style: The bedroom features a queen-size bed with high quality bedding, and an individual bathroom. For extra guests, the living room boasts a double bed convertible sofa (queen size mattres : 160x200x12cm). ☆ Gourmet kitchen: our well-appointed kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances including a dishwasher, combination oven/microwave, induction hob, kettle, and a special Nespresso machine that also crafts lattes (complimentary capsules). We haven't forgotten the toaster, crockery, utensils, or the essential washer/dryer. ☆ Splendid bathroom: the bathroom extends from the bedroom, complete with a shower, sink, and toilet. The amenities include a hair dryer. *FAQ* Check-in / Check-out: Check-in is at 3 pm and check-out at 10 am. If you check out late without prior approval, it will affect our organisation and next guest check-in. Without prior notice, a 60€/hour fee will be applied for each hour beyond check-out time. Early check-in / late check-out: An early check-in (from noon) or late check-out (until noon) is possible depending on the previous guest departure time or next guest arrival time. Feel free to ask us. The price for an early check-in and/or the late check-out is 30€ for the first hour and 10€ for the next hours. Please, ask us in advance so we can check availability and block that time for you. Accessibility: The apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Cancellation / amendments We cannot cancel or change your reservation. In case you want to make an amendement, you can do so in the Airbnb app at any time. Eco-Friendly practices for our guests: your help in making your stay greener is appreciated! - Waste sorting: please use the two bins provided (one for household waste and the other for plastics, cardboard, and packaging) and dispose of glass bottles in the designated container. - Energy saving: turn off lights and devices when not in use. - Eco-friendly temperature: keep heating below 21°C. - Efficient use of appliances: please use washing machines with full loads.

House Rules

Use of the apartment: - Please respect our/your neighbors : no party, reasonable sound volume. - Filming or making pictures for a diffusion, even restricted, requires our agreement beforehand. A 100€ / day additional fee is requested for any professional use. Access to the apartment: - Access to the apartment is strictly restricted to the people on the booking (breaking this rule will immediately lead to the end of your stay / booking). - It is possible to add guests until the check-in day for 10€/day/guest for the whole stay, a towel set will be provided for each guest. - In case we find out that extra bed sheets and/or towels have been used (without prior notification of additional guests and payment of additional fee), we will charge 20€/day/guest to cover for laundry cost.

The apartment is 2-minute walk from Canal Saint-Martin and 10-minute walk from Le Marais. The trendy bars and restaurants rue de Vinaigriers, quai de Valmy, quai de Jemmapes are right next door, and the amazing yoga studio Jivamukiti is across the canal. You will find the museums and monuments of the Marais after Place de la République, as well as the galeries and stores on rue de Turenne and rue Vieille du Temple.

Wonderful accommodation right in the heart of Paris, exactly as described and spotlessly clean. We really appreciated the extra thoughtful touches and amenities that you don’t always find in other places. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay. The apartment felt very safe, which was great since we were traveling with children. There are plenty of lovely places to eat nearby, and it’s an easy base for getting around and exploring Paris. We would definitely recommend both the apartment and the host. Thank you so much for having us!

We had a wonderful stay at this flat in Paris! The apartment was exactly as described — beautifully decorated, spotless, and very comfortable. The location is perfect, just steps away from cafés, bakeries, and within easy reach of main sights. Although there was no one there to greet us, the self check-in was simple and the instructions were clear. Vincent was always responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The bed was comfortable, and all the appliances were modern and spotless. We’d happily stay here again on our next trip to Paris. Highly recommended! 🇫🇷

An incredible apartment, beautifully furnished/decorated in one of the best neighborhoods in Paris - with excellent restaurants, bars, coffee shops, bakeries, shopping and only a block from the Canal. One of my favorite stays in Paris. Highly recommend.

Fantastic Airbnb in an amazing location. Close to metro stations, restaurants, bakeries… absolutely everything you need. The Airbnb is well equipped with great quality home and kitchen wares that met all of our needs. The crib provided was excellent, high quality and perfect for our 8 month old baby. Vincent was a fantastic host, helping us with any questions and proactively offering local recommendations and checking in on us. We loved this Airbnb and would highly recommend it!
