The location is great. The metro station is at the end of the block and we took it to all the attractions. Tons of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The apartment is clean and well stocked with the essentials. Louis checked in often and made sure we had everything needed.

L'hôte nous a bien renseigné avant et pendant le séjour. Les lits étaient très confortables, et c'était vraiment top de tout avoir à disposition dans l'appartement (papier toilette, sacs poubelles, savon/shampooing, café, tablettes lave vaisselle, éponges, vaisselle, huile d'olive/sel, etc...) !

Excellent communication with the host. Apartment was clean and comfortable and met all of our needs. Definitely recommend this apartment for your visit to Paris. Great location. Very minor issues that were communicated to the host and I’m confident they will be handled.

Location phenomenal. Neighbours & hosts phenomenal. Mind you, there are two flights of curvy stairs that you get used to in two days. Door lock is easy and LOVE the electric heaters all around. Because all of the basic amenities were met, now I wish more premium elements like complimentary water bottles to start, maybe more tea and a guide to trash & recycling... I collected all of the recycling in one cupboard. Hehe ;) Thanks Vincent for a wonderful stay!!!

Przepiękne mieszkanie, pełne sztuki i detali, które sprawiają, że można poczuć się komfortowo. Stworzone przez kogoś, kto kocha design i zwraca uwagę na estetykę. Dogodna lokalizacja, blisko metra i restauracji. Przemiły kontakt z gospodarzem. Dziękujemy za wspaniały pobyt!

El departamento es tal cual como se ve en las imágenes. Un edificio de época con instalaciones y equipamiento muy modernos. Tiene una parte en planta baja, donde está el living comedor con sofá cama y una cocina súper equipada y un baño completo. Luego el cuarto principal se encuentra en un subsuelo al que se accede por una escalera que para un niño pequeño o una persona mayor puede resultar un tanto empinada. En dicha planta además hay otro cuarto de baño pero sin ducha. El acceso al departamento da a un patio interno común con macetones y vegetación. La zona es súper trendy, llena de negocios y restaurantes. El ingreso y salida fue muy sencillo. En líneas generales estuvimos muy a gusto y el departamento es muy lindo. Todo estuvo muy bien. Si tuviera que sugerir algo es algún tipo de cortinado black out para un mejor descanso en la planta baja, en la zona del sofá cama.
