This is a really great place within short walking distance to Saint-Sébastien–Froissart station (line 8), which made it really easy to get around quickly. The area felt really safe with lots of great markets, restaurants, shops, etc. close by. Vincent had a great guide for us, which helped plan things out a bit. If I had to think of one downside, it would be that the bedroom can feel a little cramped with not much space to step around the bed, and the bed was a little firm for my tastes. Everything else was great, and they were even really quick to respond when we had an issue with the door into the building early in the morning. If you're looking for a nice place to stay in the Marais, this is a fantastic option.

Wow I can’t even begin to describe how wonderful our stay was. Location location location !! The 3rd is the best area to stay in if you’re looking to be around shopping and great food ! Will come back again :)

This is a wonderful apartment in a convenient and enjoyable area. I felt immersed in the Parisian culture, and found it easy to both walk and get transportation. The apartment was clean and matched the description perfectly. This is a great sized place for Paris and for a family vacation. Vincent is a great host. Very responsive, friendly, and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

What a beautiful place to have stayed to explore Paris with our family. The location was beautiful quiet, safe and exactly what you see in the pictures. The area of Le Marais left us dining most evenings around this area with so many choices and Place des Vosges is just a short walk from the property, and close to so many of the sites with a short walk to the metro. The property was perfect for our family, it had everything we needed, was comfortable and was clean. Vincent the host was super communicative and very obliging with making himself available throughout our stay.

The apartment is as beautiful as the pictures, felt right at home, full of all the amenities you need whether you want to eat in or out. The bedroom has a lovely tub to sooth and soak the busy day away. The location is excellent, situated close to many lovely shops, museums, and restaurants. One simply has to step outside the front door and thrilling activities are a few steps away. You really feel secure and able to immerse yourself in the heart of Le Marais. Louis is an excellent host! Very attentive to all questions and made many suggestions on things to do or places to eat. Always attentive and eager to help make your stay pleasant. I couldn't have been more pleased and highly recommend both the place and host!

I would recommend the apartment for many reasons. First, a location that is both central to all of Paris as we went far and wide on our trip, but also walkable in minutes to great restaurants, shops and activities. The 'upper Marais' area feels calm, safe, and non-touristy. Second, a building and apartment that met perfectly our desire for charm, quiet sleep, modern comforts and lovely design details. Third, our hosts provided excellent recommendations proactively and were very responsive and helpful throughout our visit. A dream home base for our week in Paris!

Highly recommended! As a young family with an 7 month old baby, we found Vincent very accommodating to our needs. He provided us with a high chair and baby bed at no extra charge and was very responsive whenever we had any queries concerning the property. Regarding the property itself, it is located about an 8 minute walk from Gare Du Nord station and a 5 minute walk to the canal. There are also many spots to eat, drink and pick up groceries all within a 3-4 minute radius of the apartment. Very clean with all the amenities you could possibly need to feel comfortable! Knowledgable and friendly host. Would definitely stay here again.

Vincent’s apartment was great for 2 people for a long weekend in Paris! The design of the apartment was quant and perfectly Parisian. Perfect for exploring the marais and nearby th metro to explore other areas of the city. Would recommend!

Vincent’s apartment is beautiful and we had a great stay. The location is fantastic, loads of nice restaurants, cafes and shops nearby. We were travelling with our two young children and Vincent helpfully provided a cot and high chair for our youngest (we actually forgot to ask for the high chair but he provided it anyway which was much appreciated). The apartment was clean, peaceful and quiet. Comfortable beds. Easy communication with Vincent and great local recommendations and instructions for check in and entry. We had a great time, thank you Vincent!
