Situated in the vibrant Marais district, the apartment is very quiet and benefits from a sunny private terrace, to live like a local in Paris! ☆ 24/7 Easy Access: check in on your own terms with our electronic door lock. We'll provide the code before you arrive, so you can settle in at your convenience. ☆ Expertly designed space: crafted with love and attention, our apartment is both functional and aesthetic. ☆ Sleep on a luxury "hotel quality" mattress: two spacious bedrooms each feature a queen-size bed, ample wardrobe space, and individual bathrooms. For extra guests, the living room boasts a very comfortable double convertible sofa (140x200x12cm), with linens conveniently tucked away in the master bedroom wardrobe. ☆ Dine & unwind: whether you're hosting a dinner or enjoying a quick meal, the dining area features a stylish marble table for six. ☆ Gourmet kitchen: our well-appointed kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances including a dishwasher, combination oven/microwave, induction hob, kettle, and a special Nespresso machine that also crafts lattes (complimentary capsules). We haven't forgotten the toaster, crockery, utensils, or the essential washer/dryer. ☆ Splendid bathrooms: Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, equipped with a shower and a vanity unit. *FAQ* Check-in / Check-out: Check-in is at 3 pm and check-out at 10 am. If you check out late without prior approval, it will affect our organisation and next guest check-in. Without prior notice, a 60€/hour fee will be applied for each hour beyond check-out time. Early check-in / late check-out: An early check-in (from noon) or late check-out (until noon) is possible depending on the previous guest departure time or next guest arrival time. Feel free to ask us. The price for an early check-in and/or the late check-out is 30€ for the first hour and 10€ for the next hours. Please, ask us in advance so we can check availability and block that time for you. Accessibility: The apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Cancellation / amendments We cannot cancel or change your reservation. In case you want to make an amendement, you can do so in the Airbnb app at any time. Eco-Friendly practices for our guests: your help in making your stay greener is appreciated! - Waste sorting: please use the two bins provided (one for household waste and the other for plastics, cardboard, and packaging) and dispose of glass bottles in the designated container. - Energy saving: turn off lights and devices when not in use. - Eco-friendly temperature: keep heating below 21°C. - Efficient use of appliances: please use washing machines with full loads.

Apt is centrally located. Very clean with all amenities listed. Beds are super comfortable. Vincent is a great host, easily reachable and checks in to ensure you’re having a pleasant stay. Highly recommend. Would stay here again.

A lovely apartment with super boutiques around as well as cafes, pizza, and bistrot. Beside the metro station so very convenient for travel to sights. Inside was very nice, clever design. Absolutely spotless. Nespresso and pods. Communication with Vincent excellent. He sent lots of info on transport, where to eat, pictures of doors/locks with clear instructions. Recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Vincent’s place in the Marais! The apartment was cozy, clean, and perfectly located for exploring Paris. We loved following Vincent’s great recommendations — every spot was fantastic. As a family of four with two teenage kids, we really enjoyed the lively neighborhood, full of charm, history, and fun shops to discover. It felt safe, welcoming, and very Parisian. From the moment I first booked, Vincent was gracious, welcoming and so helpful with the questions I asked. The apartment is adorable with two quaint bedrooms, living space and kitchenette. The out door patio was tranquil after a long day of work. The accommodations were very clean and plenty of essentials to get you started . I would definitely book again.

Great location and excellent apartment. Although the bathrooms are small they are perfectly presented and the shower was excellent. Has everything you need. Bed was very comfortable. Bedding, couch and dining area was all lovely soft linen as well so the space felt incredibly comfortable. Highly recommend.

I travelled with my daughter and 14 year old granddaughter. The apartment was in an ideal location, in the heart of Le Marais, with the metro stop on the corner, a coffee bar and cafe, and an upscale trendy store, Merci, right there to explore. The apartment is thoughtfully curated and spotlessly clean. We hope to return and will highly recommend it to friends.
